Once you have purchased your licenses, you can assign them.
To assign a core license go to the user table (admin only) and ensure you can see those who don't have licenses.
Click on Status and then select ACTIVE
This will assign a license
If you want to assign an additional service (for example the Whatsapp or Data Packages). Then click on Add a product on the Other products table and select the products you want. These will be automatically assigned
Freeing Up Product Seats After Deactivating a User
To free up product seats after deactivating a user, follow these steps:
Go to Company Settings and select the Users section.
Enable the Disabled filter to view deactivated users.
Select the deactivated user whose product seats you want to free up.
Uncheck the assigned products (e.g., Contact Enrichment, WhatsApp) to remove them from the user. Once the products are unassigned, the seats will become available for reassignment to other users.
Please note: Removing a license from a user will not stop billing. To make any changes to your billing, you must contact our support team directly. Additionally, deactivating a user does not automatically release their assigned product seats. You must manually unassign the products to free up the seats.
