Please note that annual licenses comes with one free full data export per contract term. If you are on the Founders License, an additional fee may be required.
If you are taking a full dump of your database, you need to get in touch with customer support who will facilitate this for you.
It takes 7 days to prepare the data for export and once complete, we provide this to you via an SFTP download.
Step 1: Download FileZilla https://filezilla-project.org/

Fill in
Host
Username
Password
Port (always 22)
Once done, you have access to the directory where you can download your data.
We provide access to the download for 30 days, after which the export folder is deleted.
