Open History
Click Magic Search in the left sidebar.
In the top-right, click History to open your past searches.
Find the search you need
Filters (top of History):
My searches – only what you ran.
All searches – everything run by your team/agents.
Each entry shows:
Times run
Last run date/time
Click any search to open it and fetch results again.
Organize your list
Pin a search: click the pin icon.
Pinned searches appear at the top for quick access.
Unpin: click the pin again to remove it from the pinned section.
Delete a search: click the red bin icon (removes it from History).
Pinned items stay in the top section; all other past searches appear below.
Heads up: Magic Search is currently in Alpha with a limited testing group. If you’re in the Alpha and don’t see it yet, we’re rolling access out in batches-you’ll be added soon.
