Company Settings Overview

The Company Settings section in Atlas allows agency admins to manage user permissions, company branding, hiring pipelines, integrations, and more. Please note: Only account admins have access to this area.


🔐 How to Access Company Settings

  1. Click the Cog icon located at the bottom-left corner of the Atlas interface.

  2. Select "Company Settings" from the menu.


Overview of Company Settings

Once inside Company Settings, you will find the following sections:


Company

Control how your agency appears across Atlas and in client-facing reports.

  • Upload a company icon shown in the top-left corner of the app

  • Set your company banner, used on the front page of candidate reports

  • Upload a company logo for report branding

  • Define your company font, applied when reports are exported to PDF

  • Add a report footer displayed at the bottom of all report pages

  • Set your preferred currency for billing and reporting

  • Enable or disable the ability for users to sync speculative resumes coming to their email.

  • Enable or disable unsubscribe for email communications

  • Set remove applicants to automatically remove candidates a set number of days after active project closure

  • Set reject candidates to automatically reject candidates a set number of days after campaign completion


Users

  • View all agency users alongside their team, status, role, email, and phone number

  • Activate, disable, or change user roles at any time

  • Manage your subscription and active seats via the Manage subscriptions button

Optional Features

  • GDPR Notice: Send processing emails and track who has received them

  • Public Job Page: Enable a public-facing link showing all active jobs, allowing candidates to apply directly

  • Contractor Module: Build and manage a contract book directly within Atlas

  • Scheduling: Gives teams more granular oversight of meetings across the scheduling process

Custom Attributes

  • Create custom attributes for People, Company, Project, or Meeting

  • Choose from free text, single select, or multi-select field types

  • Use attributes as filters across your entire database

Candidate Pipeline

  • View and customize your default hiring pipeline

  • Add, rename, or remove stages and statuses to match your agency's process

Apps

Connect Atlas to the tools your team already uses.

  • Expandi: Automated outreach

  • RingCentral, RingOver, AirCall, Devyce: Phone integration

  • WhatsApp: Messaging

  • Xero: Accounting and financial workflows

To activate an integration, toggle it on and click Click to authenticate where required.

Developers

  • Create and manage API keys for connecting Atlas to external platforms

  • View all keys created across your team

  • Access full documentation via the API Docs link

Unhide People

Restore any hidden profile by searching via email, or LinkedIn URL.
