Company Settings Overview

The Company Settings section in Atlas allows agency admins to manage user permissions, company branding, hiring pipelines, integrations, and more. Please note: Only account admins have access to this area.

🔐 How to Access Company Settings

  1. Click the Cog icon located at the bottom-left corner of the Atlas interface.

  2. Select “Company Settings” from the menu.


🧭 Overview of Company Settings Options

Once inside the Company Settings, you'll find several tabs with specific functionalities:

👥 Users Tab

  • View all agency users.

  • Activate, disable, or change user roles.

  • Manage your subscription, including viewing active seats and accessing invoices.

🖼️ Company Tab

  • Customize the visual identity of your agency:

    • Upload a company banner, logo, and icon.

    • Define your company’s font.

  • Choose a currency for billing and reporting.

🔁 Candidate Pipeline Tab

  • Create a custom hiring pipeline for future projects.

  • Rename, delete, or add new pipeline stages and statuses to reflect your agency’s process.

🔗 Integrations Tab

  • Enable, disable, and manage integrations (e.g., Ringover).

  • Authenticate services by providing API keys.

  • Help articles are available for each supported integration.

Optional Features Tab

  • GDPR notice: Send processing emails and track recipients.

  • Public Job Page: Enable a link showcasing open projects and job descriptions, allowing candidates to apply directly.

🏷️ Custom Attributes

  • Create custom tags for people, companies, or projects.

  • These attributes are usable as filters across your database.

  • Edit, rename, add values, allow multi-select, or delete attributes as needed.

👤 Unhide People

  • Restore hidden profiles by entering the person’s email or LinkedIn URL.
